Interparfums SA has entered a new partnership with the iconic streetwear brand Off-White to develop a line of fragrance and cosmetic products. Through this collaboration, Interparfums has acquired the rights to all Off-White brand names and registered trademarks in the category of Class 3 fragrance and cosmetic products. This exciting partnership is set to expand Off-White’s reach into the beauty market and will culminate in the commercialization of the new products after the expiration of an existing licensing agreement on December 31, 2025.

Founded in 2012 by the late designer Virgil Abloh, Off-White quickly gained recognition for its bold streetwear designs that merge luxury with youth culture. Abloh’s vision was to create a brand that reflects universal design language—artistic, disruptive, and deeply tied to contemporary youth culture. His legacy continues to inspire the brand’s evolution, and this partnership marks a new chapter in Off-White’s expansion into the beauty sector.

Jean Madar, Chairman & CEO of Interparfums, shared his excitement about the partnership, stating, “Off-White blends the worlds of streetwear and luxury in a spirit of talent and inventiveness. This is a tremendous opportunity for us, considering the brand’s unique positioning and Virgil Abloh’s impressive creative legacy. This collaboration will allow us to explore new avenues for fragrances in the luxury sector.”

This venture into fragrance and beauty products is expected to capitalize on Off-White’s strong brand presence, offering high-end luxury fragrances and beauty items that appeal to a younger, fashion-conscious demographic. With Interparfums’ established expertise in creating luxury fragrances, the brand is poised to introduce innovative products that combine Off-White’s distinctive aesthetic with the allure of beauty.
