American Exchange Group has acquired Urban Skin Rx, a clinical skincare brand known for its focus on diverse skin tones. Urban Skin Rx, founded in 2010 by aesthetician Rachel Roff and currently led by CEO Victoria Payne, specializes in products that target hyperpigmentation, dark marks, and uneven skin tone.
