Eva NYC, the Brooklyn-born haircare brand, has unveiled redesigned packaging and product solutions that reflect its ongoing commitment to sustainability. As part of its dedication to providing eco-conscious products, the brand has made significant investments in clinical testing and environmental impact research to offer customers “better haircare, mindfully made.”
Eva NYC Revamps Packaging for Enhanced Sustainability, introducing several key changes aimed at reducing its environmental footprint. One of the most notable upgrades is the shift from 25% recycled aluminum to a minimum of 50% post-consumer recycled plastic (PCR) in its packaging. This change is expected to reduce total greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 30%, and all packaging is now curbside recyclable. Additionally, Eva NYC carefully selected PCR materials that can be reused within the supply chain once recycled, further reinforcing the brand’s sustainability goals.
The redesigned packaging also offers enhanced usability and functionality. Eva NYC’s new shampoos and conditioners come in soft matte, translucent, squeezable bottles, which not only allow customers to see the product but also ensure they can easily extract every last bit. This updated design includes 10% more product, providing added value for consumers.

Annie Kolemainen, Brand President of Eva NYC, shared, “With the renovation, we are doubling down on the core values Eva NYC has always stood for and enhancing the haircare experience in every way – from thoughtfully upgraded eco-conscious packaging to immersive sensory fragrances and transformative, proven benefits, all at the same accessible price.”
The brand’s long-term sustainability vision includes achieving Net Zero by 2035. To support this goal, Eva NYC has committed to using regenerative agriculture to harvest ingredients, prevent deforestation, and offset carbon emissions. As part of its continued focus on sustainability, 100% of the brand’s product portfolio is clinically tested for efficacy, meeting rigorous EU regulations, and earning its place in Ulta Beauty’s Conscious Beauty and Target Clean certifications.
Alongside its packaging revamp, Eva NYC has introduced new collections, including the Repair Strength and Take Care Healthy Hair Collections, as well as a new Invisible Dry Shampoo, offering even more sustainable haircare options to its customers.
