Salt & Straw Collaborates with Imaginary Authors to Launch Valentine’s Day Fragrance

Salt & Straw, the popular ice cream brand, has unveiled a sweet new way to celebrate Valentine’s Day—a perfume called Dipped in Chocolate. Created in collaboration with the perfume brand Imaginary Authors, this new fragrance is designed to capture the indulgent essence of chocolate in a bottle, adding a unique twist to the brand’s ongoing love affair with scent.

Inspired by Salt & Straw’s February Chocolatier’s Series, Dipped in Chocolate features a rich blend of luxurious notes, including chocolate, cardamom, vanilla cream, sandalwood, and benzoin Sumatra. These ingredients combine to evoke the warmth and comfort of indulging in a decadent treat, making it the perfect fragrance to carry the spirit of Valentine’s Day all month long.

This is not the first time Salt & Straw has partnered with Imaginary Authors. In 2020, the two Portland-based brands teamed up to create A Whiff of Waffle Cone, a fragrance that took fans back to the nostalgic feeling of stepping into an ice cream shop, with its sweet, warm, and inviting notes.

Now, with Dipped in Chocolate, Salt & Straw brings a new scent to life, sure to delight perfume lovers and ice cream fans alike. The fragrance is available for purchase in all Salt & Straw scoop shops in 14mL bottles for $46, available for a limited time.
